How can I upgrade my membership?

To upgrade your membership, you need to accumulate loyalty pọint by buying our product at Rich’s distributors, wholesaler or facebook fanpage Rich Products Vietnam and ICEHOT Vietnam.

If you’re new to Rich’s Plus, the Homepage will show you the most popular videos. Once you sign in and start watching videos, the Homepage will show you recommended ones based on your preferences and activity on Rich’s Plus.

As you explore, you can always click the Rich’s Plus logo in the top left-hand corner to return to the Homepage.

Search

The Search bar helps you find the videos that you want to watch on Rich’s Plus. Enter what you’re searching for and then filter the results by videos, channels or playlists. Your preferences and activity on Rich’s Plus will influence Search results.

Sign in and out of Rich’s Plus

In the top right corner, choose Sign in.

Sign out

In the top right corner, click on your profile picture and choose Sign out.

How to use My List

You can save any assets on Rich’s Plus to “My List” to watch it later.

To find your Account Settings:

* Click on your avatar in the top right of Rich’s Plus

* Select My Account

* Click on the setting you’d like to update from the options below

Settings include things like:

* Account: Edit the basics like your email, password and mobile phone number

* Social link: Edit the link to you Zalo and Facebook account. You can also use Zalo and Facebook as alternative sign-in methods.

* Profile Settings: Change your personal information like photos, first name, last name, nickname, company, gender and birthday

* Language Preference: Select your primary language when using Rich’s Plus

* Notification Preference: Customize your Notification Preference

+ Religion Preference: Edit information about your religion.

How to comment on Livestream in Rich’s Plus

Chat is a way to interact with streamers and others who are watching the livestream. To use chat box, you can post your comment in the comment section of livestream. Emojis are also available in comment section

How to sign up for Livestream in Rich’s Plus

Once you signed up for Livestream in Rich’s Plus, you will be notified about the time and duration of upcoming livestreams. You can find list of Upcoming Livestream in Rich’s Plus Homepage. Notification will be sent out via email and SMS, based on your Notification preference.

How to join a Rich’s Plus minigame

In Rich’s Plus, we use minigame to interact with livestream viewers. Minigame will be delivered in form of questions during livestream. Members joining in minigame by answering pop-up question and click on Submit.  Our Support Team will contact to winners using your registered email and mobile phone.
