Rich's Plus Points can be redeemed for various rewards as described in the benefit table. Rich's Plus Points shall be deducted from the total earned points of the customer upon redemption. The deduction of Rich's Plus Points does not affect the current membership rating of the customer.
The accumulation of Rich's Plus Points determines the membership tier status. On January 1 of the following year, the Total Earned Points will expire. Thus, the membership tier will return to the base level of "Silver."
